Frequently asked questions
When do I start paying?
Eligible users get a 7-day trial. The selected plan then renews automatically. Confirm the price in your currency and the billing date on Google Play; it depends on your country.
How do I cancel the subscription?
In Google Play, open Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sello → Cancel subscription. Cancel before the displayed date to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancelling renewal does not immediately open the seal.
How does opening the seal work?
For new seals with valid access, reaching the end of the period does not switch protection off: it keeps protecting you until you open it manually in the app. Early opening is requested in the app and has a 7-day waiting period; check the displayed date. Extending a seal cancels a pending opening request.
Is the seal period the subscription period?
No. The seal records your commitment; the subscription maintains access. A new trial starts with a 7-day commitment. If access ends, the app's billing grace rules apply; protection until the commitment date is not guaranteed without valid access.
Is the block impossible to bypass?
No. The catalogue does not cover every site or app. Revoked permissions, Android settings and other VPNs can affect protection. Check all three layers and report failures. Sello does not guarantee abstinence or replace treatment.
Does Sello store my browsing history?
We do not store your browsing history: blocking happens on the device. The service uses identifiers, subscription data, seal state and operational events; a report includes what you choose to send. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does it work on iPhone or another device?
This offer is for Android 8 or newer. Protection applies to the configured device, not automatically to your other devices. iPhone/iOS is not available yet.
